Terms of use.

The rules, responsibilities and conditions that apply when you use the Esporta ecosystem.

Last updated: October 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Esporta mobile application and the esporta.site website (together, the "Service"). "Esporta", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the Esporta service and its operator.

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using any Esporta feature, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Esporta Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including players, teams, coaches, managers, analysts, creators, recruiters and other members of the esports community who use Esporta.

Additional rules may apply to specific features or programs within Esporta. Where such rules are presented to you, they form part of the terms applicable to your use of that feature.

2. Eligibility and age requirements

You may use Esporta only if you meet the minimum age requirement applicable to the Service, including the age rating or other age requirement shown on the relevant app-store listing and any requirement imposed by applicable law.

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your age when required and for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in the country or region where you access it.

If we reasonably determine that an account does not satisfy an applicable age requirement, we may restrict, suspend or terminate the account and remove associated content where appropriate.

3. Your account

Some Esporta features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and reasonably current information when creating and maintaining your account.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping your login credentials, verification codes and other account-security information confidential.

Do not share your password, authentication codes or account access with another person, and do not knowingly allow another person to use your account in a way that violates these Terms.

If you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization, you should take reasonable steps to secure it and contact Esporta when necessary.

You may not create an account using a false identity for the purpose of impersonating another person, team, organization or public-facing entity.

4. Profiles and identity

Esporta allows members to create profiles representing their presence in the esports community. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you choose to publish on your profile.

Do not intentionally misrepresent your identity, role, team affiliation, achievements, professional experience or relationship with another person or organization.

Team profiles and managed profiles must be operated by people who are authorized to represent the relevant team or organization. Where Esporta provides ownership, administration or role controls, those controls must be used honestly and in accordance with your actual authority.

You may not use a profile to impersonate another person, team, organization, brand or other entity in a misleading or deceptive manner.

5. Community content

You retain ownership of the original content you create and publish through Esporta, subject to the rights of third parties and the license described in these Terms.

When you publish content through the Service, you grant Esporta a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, format, display and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, promote and provide the features of Esporta.

This license exists only for the purposes reasonably connected to operating the Service and does not transfer ownership of your content to Esporta.

The license may allow Esporta to display your content in places such as profiles, feeds, search results, team pages, recommendations, notifications or other areas of the Service where that content is intended to appear.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions and authority to upload, publish or otherwise use the content you submit to Esporta.

6. Content standards

You must not publish, upload, distribute or otherwise use the Service to share content that is unlawful, fraudulent, intentionally deceptive, threatening, abusive, harassing, invasive of another person's privacy, or otherwise prohibited by these Terms or applicable law.

You must not knowingly upload content that infringes another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other legal rights.

You must not use Esporta to distribute malware, malicious code, destructive files or other material intended to interfere with another person's device, account, network or access to the Service.

You are responsible for considering whether you have permission to share game footage, broadcast footage, music, graphics, logos, photographs, clips or other third-party material before publishing it.

Esporta does not grant you rights to third-party content merely because the content can technically be uploaded or displayed through the Service.

7. Community conduct

Esporta is intended to provide a constructive environment for people participating in esports. You must interact with other members responsibly and respect the boundaries established by these Terms.

You must not harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, bully or deliberately target another member with abusive behavior.

You must not intentionally impersonate another member, team, organization or public-facing entity, or create misleading accounts for the purpose of deceiving other users.

You must not use Esporta for scams, phishing, fraudulent offers, deceptive promotions, spam campaigns or schemes designed to obtain another person's credentials, financial information or other sensitive information through false pretenses.

You must not coordinate or encourage activity intended to evade enforcement actions, manipulate platform systems, or interfere with another user's access to Esporta.

8. Teams, rosters and managed profiles

Esporta supports team and managed-profile functionality. Team owners, administrators and other authorized members are responsible for using those capabilities only within the authority granted to them.

Team information, roster information, ownership information and role assignments should accurately reflect the real relationship between the relevant people and team.

You must not add, remove, represent or manage another person as a team member or representative without appropriate authority or in a deliberately misleading manner.

Where Esporta provides ownership-transfer, administrator, manager or roster controls, those tools do not create legal ownership rights independently of the underlying relationship between the people involved.

Disputes between team members, team owners, organizations or managers should be resolved by the relevant parties where possible. Esporta may take reasonable platform-level action when necessary to address abuse, impersonation, security issues or violations of these Terms.

9. Recruitment, hiring and opportunities

Esporta may provide features that allow players, teams, coaches, managers, analysts and other esports participants to discover or communicate about opportunities.

Recruitment posts, applications, hiring-related requests, proposals and similar opportunities must be genuine and must accurately describe the role, requirements and relevant expectations to the extent reasonably possible.

You must not use recruitment features to collect another member's personal information under false pretenses, advertise a knowingly fraudulent opportunity, impersonate an organization, or deliberately misrepresent compensation, responsibilities or affiliation.

Esporta is a platform for discovery and communication. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Esporta does not become a party to agreements, employment arrangements, contracts, sponsorship arrangements or other transactions formed between members.

You are responsible for evaluating the people, teams, organizations and opportunities you interact with and for establishing any agreements directly with the relevant parties.

10. Prohibited uses of the Service

You may not use Esporta to violate applicable law, these Terms, another person's rights, or the security and integrity of the Service.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account, system, API, database, storage area or internal service.

You may not probe, scan, test or circumvent security controls except where expressly authorized by Esporta.

You may not overload, disrupt, degrade or interfere with the Service, its infrastructure, its APIs, or other users' access to it.

You may not scrape, harvest or systematically collect information from the Service by automated means unless such access is expressly permitted by Esporta.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Service except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits such activity.

You may not use automated systems, scripts, bots or other mechanisms to manipulate engagement, create artificial activity, circumvent limits, abuse discovery systems, or interfere with platform functionality.

You may not use Esporta to distribute spam, phishing attempts, fraudulent schemes, malicious software or other harmful material.

11. Intellectual property

The Esporta name, branding, logos, original interface design, software, website content and other materials created by or for Esporta are owned by Esporta or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by Esporta or applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, publicly display or create derivative works from Esporta's proprietary materials.

Game titles, publishers, teams, organizations, player names, trademarks, logos, broadcasts and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

The appearance of third-party names, games or brands within Esporta does not by itself mean that the relevant owner sponsors, endorses or is affiliated with Esporta.

If you believe content available through Esporta infringes your intellectual-property rights, you may contact us using the contact information provided below with sufficient information for us to understand the claimed infringement.

12. Copyright and third-party content

Esporta respects the rights of content creators, game publishers, broadcasters, teams, players and other rights holders.

You are responsible for obtaining the permissions necessary to upload or distribute third-party content. This includes copyrighted images, music, video, game or broadcast footage, logos and other protected materials where permission is required.

Some game publishers and platforms may impose additional rules concerning the use of their content. You are responsible for complying with those rules when publishing related material on Esporta.

We may restrict or remove content when we receive a valid rights-related complaint, identify an apparent violation, or otherwise determine that action is necessary under these Terms or applicable law.

13. Moderation and enforcement

To protect the Service and its members, Esporta may review reports, investigate suspected violations, remove or restrict content, limit access to features, or suspend or terminate accounts where appropriate.

Enforcement decisions may take into account the nature and seriousness of the issue, the relevant account or content history, security considerations, repeated behavior, and other circumstances available to Esporta.

Where reasonable and appropriate, Esporta may provide an explanation for significant enforcement actions. However, we may withhold information where providing details could compromise security, privacy, investigations, or the ability to enforce the Terms.

Severe or repeated violations may result in immediate restriction, suspension or termination without prior warning where necessary to protect users, the Service or third parties.

Attempts to evade a suspension, restriction or other enforcement action may result in additional action.

14. Reports and complaints

If you encounter content or behavior that appears to violate these Terms, you may use the reporting functionality available in the Service where applicable or contact Esporta using the available support or contact channels.

Reports should be made honestly and with enough information to help us understand the relevant issue. False, abusive or deliberately misleading reports may themselves violate these Terms.

Submitting a report does not guarantee that particular action will be taken. Esporta may evaluate reports based on available information, applicable rules and the circumstances of the case.

15. Third-party services

Esporta may rely on third-party services, platforms and infrastructure to provide parts of the Service. These may include hosting, authentication, storage, media delivery, communications, analytics, advertising or other technical services.

Your use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider's own terms, policies and conditions.

Esporta is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, policies or practices of third-party services that are outside Esporta's direct control.

Links or integrations to external services do not necessarily constitute an endorsement of those services unless Esporta expressly states otherwise.

16. Advertising and sponsored content

Esporta may display advertisements or sponsored content within parts of the Service. Advertising may be supplied or supported by third-party advertising technology and may be subject to separate platform or provider policies.

Advertisers and sponsors do not receive ownership of your Esporta account merely because their content appears within the Service.

The presence of an advertisement does not mean that Esporta guarantees, endorses or independently verifies every claim, product or service presented in that advertisement.

You are responsible for deciding whether to interact with external advertisers, websites or services, and any relationship you establish directly with an advertiser is separate from your relationship with Esporta unless expressly stated otherwise.

17. Service availability and changes

We work to keep Esporta reliable and available, but the Service may occasionally be unavailable or degraded because of maintenance, updates, technical failures, security incidents, infrastructure issues, third-party outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Features may be introduced, changed, limited or discontinued as Esporta develops. We may modify the interface, functionality, availability or technical implementation of the Service from time to time.

We do not guarantee that every feature will be available in every country, on every device, or at all times.

Where practical, we may provide notice of significant service changes, maintenance or feature changes through the Service or another reasonable communication method.

18. User-to-user interactions

Esporta provides tools that allow members to discover, follow, communicate with, recruit, hire, join or otherwise interact with other members and teams.

You are responsible for your own interactions and decisions when using these features. Esporta does not guarantee the identity, qualifications, experience, reliability, availability, conduct or intentions of any individual, team or organization using the platform.

Information displayed in profiles, posts or recruitment listings may be supplied by users and may not always be complete, current or independently verified.

Any agreement, employment relationship, sponsorship arrangement, collaboration, payment arrangement or other transaction between members is entered into at the parties' own discretion and responsibility unless Esporta explicitly states otherwise.

19. Account suspension and termination

You may stop using Esporta at any time and may request account deletion through the mechanisms made available by the Service.

Esporta may restrict, suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect the Service or its members, comply with legal obligations, address security concerns, investigate abuse, or prevent continued misuse.

Termination or suspension may result in loss of access to your account, profile, team-management capabilities, content or other features associated with the account.

Certain provisions of these Terms are intended to continue after termination where their nature requires continued effect, including provisions relating to intellectual property, user content, disclaimers, limitations of liability and other obligations that by their nature survive termination.

20. Deletion of content and accounts

You may remove certain content through the features made available within Esporta. Availability of deletion controls may depend on the content type and the feature involved.

When an account or content is deleted, removal from the active Service may be followed by additional operational cleanup processes. Copies may temporarily remain in backups, security systems, audit records or other systems where immediate removal is not technically practical or where retention is otherwise permitted or required.

Deleting your account may permanently affect access to your profile, content, teams, relationships and other account-associated information. You should review any important information you wish to retain before requesting deletion.

21. Privacy

Your use of Esporta is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled in connection with the Service.

You can review the Privacy Policy at /privacy or by contacting us at hello@esporta.site.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that information may be handled as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law and the choices available to you.

22. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Esporta is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at every time or location.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of user-generated information, profiles, recruitment listings, team information, recommendations, posts or other content provided by members.

Esporta does not guarantee that using the Service will result in employment, recruitment, team membership, sponsorship, audience growth, competitive success, business opportunities or any other particular outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

23. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Esporta and its operators, affiliates, service providers and licensors will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or similar damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

This includes, where permitted by law, losses arising from user-generated content, interactions between members, recruitment activities, agreements or transactions between members, third-party services, service interruptions, or unauthorized access resulting from circumstances outside Esporta's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

24. Your responsibility for claims arising from your use

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for your own content, conduct and use of the Service, including your interactions with other members and your compliance with applicable law.

If your actions, content or misuse of the Service causes a claim, loss or dispute involving Esporta or another party, you may be responsible for the consequences to the extent provided by applicable law.

Nothing in this section is intended to impose obligations beyond those permitted by the law applicable to your use of the Service.

25. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Esporta, new features, operational requirements, security measures, legal requirements or other developments.

When changes are material, we may provide notice through the app, website or another reasonable communication method.

The revised Terms will become effective on the date stated in the updated version unless otherwise specified. Continued use of Esporta after the effective date means that the updated Terms will apply to your continued use of the Service, subject to applicable law.

If you do not agree with a material change, you should stop using the Service and, where available, close or delete your account.

26. General terms

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Our failure to immediately enforce a provision does not constitute a permanent waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.

These Terms describe the general rules for use of Esporta. Specific feature rules, product notices or additional agreements may apply to particular services or programs where expressly presented.

The legal rights and obligations arising from your use of Esporta may also be affected by mandatory laws and protections applicable in your jurisdiction.

27. Contact
